Job Description

Title: Chief Technical Integrator Chief Technical Integrator We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technical Integrator to lead the development of strategic solutions across multiple Programs of Record and rapid capability initiatives. This position supports the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) and requires deep expertise in systems integration, cross-functional coordination, and lifecycle management within the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) domain. This role is pivotal in ensuring that complex engineering, software, testing, configuration management, and logistics efforts are aligned and integrated into cohesive, effective program strategies. You will serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) and national authority, working closely with Army, DoD, and contractor stakeholders to ensure compliance with Army, PEO MS, and higher-level directives, policies, and operational goals. Roles and Responsibilities: + Analyze system-specific capabilities to assess alignment with IAMD force structure and support the development of integrated AMD designs and operational concepts. + Evaluate emerging system capabilities and propose recommendations for operational use within the broader PEO MS portfolio. + Provide expertise in the development and assessment of models, simulations, and test efforts to validate integrated air and missile defense capabilities. + Lead system-of-systems capability assessments to identify limitations, gaps, and opportunities for future improvements or combined operational capabilities. + Engage with key stakeholders including Army Capability Management Offices, Cross Functional Teams, and ASA(ALT) to gather insights, shape direction, and align efforts. + Lead or support technical design reviews and program management reviews; develop executive-level briefings, white papers, and reports for Army leadership and Congressional stakeholders. + Conduct in-depth analysis of program milestone requirements; assist in developing documentation strategies, identifying potential waivers, and shaping decision-making material. + Provide technical expertise to cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring consistent integration of design, logistics, and configuration data. + Drive complex problem-solving initiatives under tight deadlines, providing timely and strategic solutions that shape program execution and long-term system integration strategies. Basic Qualifications: + Masters degree in relevant field + 20+ years of relevant experience supporting military or acquisition operations + Must have demonstrated DoD acquisition experience, with specific experience in IAMD Weapon Systems Integration, Program Integration, and Project/Product/Program Management as described in the job description. + Must be capable of conducting independent analyses, evaluations, and assessments of strategic, technical, and programmatic issues. + Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to prepare detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior leadership. + An active Secret Security Clearance is required, Top Secret is preferred. + Location: Huntsville, AL; This position is a full-time position Some travel will be required Belong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
