Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay Rate: $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Multiple shifts available – flexible scheduling

Job Description:
We are hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our construction cleaning and general labor team in Hillsboro, OR. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in construction labor services, as well as individuals willing to learn on the job. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.

We are looking for workers who are versatile, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment. This includes a variety of roles such as:

• Construction Site Cleaners
• General Laborers
• Safety Crew Members
• Basic Carpenters
• Concrete Workers

Responsibilities:

• Perform post-construction cleaning tasks and general labor duties
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment (including scissor lifts)
• Assist with concrete cleanup, fireproofing/fire coating treatments
• Follow all safety guidelines and site protocols
• Work collaboratively with other crew members and supervisors
• Be flexible – cleaners may be asked to assist with labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience on construction sites preferred
• Familiarity with general labor and construction tools
• Reliable transportation to job site
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and teamwork attitude
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
