The Content Creator Cantey Foundation Specialist is looking for is creative, driven, and highly skilled in content creation to capture and produce engaging media that represents who we are—bold, fun, hardworking, and people-first. The Role

As a Content Creator, you'll own the end-to-end process of producing high-quality visual and audio content. You'll plan, shoot, edit, and deliver compelling media across platforms to support marketing campaigns, recruitment efforts, and company culture. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership teams and have the opportunity to travel and work in new environments monthly.

Position Details

• Job Title: Content Creator (Videographer/Photographer/Audio)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (some evenings/weekends as needed for events)
• Pay: $52,000+ (DOE)
• Location: Based in Camden, SC with regular travel to other locations

What You'll Do

• Capture high-quality video and photography content in the field and on-site
• Edit and produce videos for web, social, internal comms, recruiting, and events
• Record and mix audio for voiceovers, testimonials, and brand videos
• Collaborating with the marketing team on strategy and execution
• Maintain organized content libraries and edit files
• Travel regularly to document customer stories, team events, and job sites

What You Bring

• Proven experience in video production and photography (portfolio required)
• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software
• Understanding of lighting, framing, audio capture, and post-production
• A creative eye and attention to brand consistency
• Excellent storytelling instincts—know how to make people feel
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate on fast-paced projects
• Design skills and ability to contribute to visual marketing assets a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends
