Maintain a positive outlook to maximize commercial maintenance sales. Drive sales with strong relationship-building and administrative skills. Act as the first point of contact for maintenance customers, addressing problems, estimating, and selling equipment. Review data, prepare work orders, and track sales-related leads and opportunities. Build relationships with suppliers and stay updated on industry trends. Improve sales and HVAC knowledge through training and self-study. Respond to inquiries and perform sales duties as directed by the Sales Manager. Meet monthly and annual sales goals, identifying new business opportunities. Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and facility managers. Conduct site visits, assess HVAC needs, and recommend products/services. Prepare proposals, close sales, and negotiate contracts. Provide expert advice and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction. Desired Attributes: Proven HVAC sales experience, especially in commercial systems. Strong lead generation, closing, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. Knowledge of HVAC industry standards, codes, and regulations. Proven record in direct sales, with marketing experience. Ability to read blueprints and technical specs. Physically able to work in field conditions. Valid North Carolina driver's license and insurability. 2+ years of post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or related fields. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented professional.
