Description If you have worked in this industry, then like us you have met some "master techs" who don't know what SRS stands for. We are looking for a long term, career oriented team member and not a warm body that is going to rotate out after 3-5 months. A true lead technician is a $65-90,000+ per yr. position. We have the counter people and ownership driving the business to get you to those upper numbers. When you have managers with a pay plan that is based on getting the techs to the numbers and bonuses they want in order to get their own bonuses, it makes for a much better working relationship driving more dollars for everyone. With 8 years of consecutive growth (Including 2020) and no plans of stopping the trend job, security is not an issue.
