Machine Operator ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.
- Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.
- Properly reports labor.
- Gets drawings needed and cut parts without assistance.
- Operates a computerized back stop.
- Performs weekly maintenance on shear.
- Knowledge of gauges / types of metals.
- Reads blue prints as needed.
- Stores parts properly.
- Distinguishes between interior and exterior.
- Performs scribing and notching.
Education/Experience - High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred.
- Read and write English.
- Knowledge of company safety policies.
- Able to read Tape measure.
- Prior Machine Operating experience REQUIRED.
