National Sales Associate

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven individual with 2–3 years of experience to join our National Sales team in a key role with strong potential for growth. This position involves both supporting existing client relationships and actively developing new business opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the National Sales Manager to support all stages of the sales cycle, including setting up meetings, researching leads, preparing sales decks, and following up on opportunities.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities with a hunter mentality.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing excellent support and follow-through.
• Compile and update Nielsen ratings data and other relevant metrics; create sales presentations and reports to support Sales Executives.
• Utilize lead generation software to research and engage with potential clients via phone and email.
• Manage and update internal databases, sales trackers, and reporting tools.
• Assist in creating visually appealing sales materials using tools like Excel and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of materials and timely delivery of client requests.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Cable Ad Sales or a related field.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proven team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; working knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience with Nielsen data and presentation creation is strongly preferred.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
• Background in research or media analytics is a plus.
• A passion for sports is a bonus and will help with client alignment.
• BS or BA in related field of studies.
