Manage compliance activities for network devices and industrial radios to keep the system evergreen. Engage in fixing calls with vendor support teams to resolve OT fault performance issues. Working knowledge of ITSM processes such as change management, ticket resolution, and identifying and implementing automation ideas and revision control.
