Practical knowledge of how SCADA PCNOT environment operates and its guardrails. Hands-on experience working and troubleshooting routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, tunneling technologies like IPSEC, DMVPN, VRFs, and switching technologies like RSTP, PVST, and port spanning. Expertise in the installation of industrial radios from scratch, troubleshooting radio interference, and signal level issues, and resolving any industrial network radio connectivity issues. Analyze outdoor radio performance issues and suggest recommendations to fix connectivity problems. Hands-on experience in commissioning, decommissioning, operating, and managing industrial network equipment connectivity. Perform network router, switches, and radio upgrades, patching, and ALCM of radio hardware refresh. Manage compliance activities for network devices and industrial radios to keep systems evergreen. Engage in resolving calls with vendor support teams to address OT fault performance issues. Working knowledge of ITSM processes such as change management, ticket resolution, identifying and implementing automation ideas, and revision control.
