Job Title : Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration tests and vulnerability assessments on networks, applications, and systems
• Identify, exploit, and document security weaknesses and vulnerabilities
• Develop and execute test plans, methodologies, and scripts for security assessments
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and improve security posture
• Perform social engineering, phishing, and physical security testing where applicable
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations
• Stay updated on the latest hacking techniques, tools, and threat intelligence
• Assist in security awareness training and policy development
• Support compliance efforts related to security standards and regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or vulnerability assessment
• Proficiency with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, and Nessus
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and application security
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and exploit development
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, or GIAC are highly desirable
• Experience with web application security, cloud security, and wireless security is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Federal Experience is a plus.
