Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Leominster. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful completion of projects within designated timelines and budget constraints, while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initial planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Manage all facets of project coordination, including scheduling, permitting, material procurement, and change management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and industry partners to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial projections.
  • Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and closeout reports.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, promoting a culture of safety and professional growth.
  • Drive comprehensive project closeout processes within one month of project completion.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in project management software such as ComputerEase, Procore, and BluBeam.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, quality building practices, and legal requirements.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Commitment to safety and ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate construction sites in various weather conditions.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
