Therapy techs provide an important and supportive role to therapists while completing a variety of duties to include preparing/cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, inventory and restocking of supplies and equipment, posting schedules, assisting patients before/after therapy with personal care needs (toileting, transport, transfers, clothing/linens, etc.). The therapy tech will provide hands on assistance under direct supervision and as directed by the licensed therapist for wound care and lymphedema treatments. Direct care staff are required to complete all Hip and Knee Replacement Program curriculum and annual education module(s) assigned. Job Requirements Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Preferred: Previous experience in the medical field Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
