Absolutely no cold-calling, leads provided to you daily by our in-house team. Commissions are paid within days, not weeks or months. Potential to make over $350,000 per year!
60% of our representatives exceed $180,000 annually, while over 20% exceed $250,000

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- A history of strong work ethic, professional achievement and company loyalty.
- A winners attitude, and the mental toughness to withstand the typical setbacks of a selling career.
- A Minimum of 1 year - retail, consumer, direct or business to business sales experience. (HVAC experience not necessary - training provided)
- Effective closing skills driven by a highly influential and persuasive personality.
- The ability to run afternoon and evening appointments, with occasional Saturdays, meeting with prospects in their homes.
