We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Lead (functional, hands-on) who has led ERP teams through multiple full-cycle implementations with Public Sector customers. Career Level - IC3 **Responsibilities** _As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position:_ + _Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team._ + _Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints._ + _Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment_ + _Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations._ + _Provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions._ + _Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions._ + _Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise._ + _Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions._ + _Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack._ + _Experience with the Oracle product set._ **_Preferred Qualifications_** + _Proven experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience_ + _Prior team leadership or management experience preferred_ + _Business process experience in the following areas:_ + _Oracle Cloud: 1-2 years of experience Chart of Accounts, budgetary controls and encumbrance account._ + _5-10 years/solid across General Ledger, Fusion Accounting Hub, Subledger Accounting (SLAM), and Cash Management_ + _Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops._ + _Holds BS in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience_ + _CPA is a plus_ + _Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus_ + _Ability to communicate effectively_ + _Ability to build rapport with team members and clients_ + _Strong influencing and negotiation skills_ + _Ability to travel up to 30%, when required_ _*This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship*_ _\#NAAC_ _\#LI-CG2_ Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
