What You’ll Do

1. Guide client interactions that fuel Agile project cycles.
2. Dig into client needs and distill them into clear, workable designs.
3. Create and polish Pega-based applications to hit project timelines.
4. Diagnose issues, refine functionality, and present demos to key audiences.
5. Capture stakeholder perspectives and weave them into ongoing enhancements.
6. Spot opportunities for improvement and bring them to life.
7. Partner with teammates to keep sprints on track and productive.

Must-Haves

1. A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for tech or engineering fields.
2. Three or more years of experience coding on the Pega Platform.
3. Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification; Lead System Architect (LSA) is a plus.
4. Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows.
5. Proven ability to gather requirements and break them down for action.
