Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) is a leading, full-service, mid-size public relations agency based in New York. Position

The Social Media Manager at Rubenstein PR will develop and execute engaging content strategies across major platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and supporting SEO efforts to enhance visibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in social media at a PR or marketing agency and possess strong communication and writing skills

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for our clients to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and other emerging media platforms
  • Create compelling and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and copy, that aligns with clients' branding and communication goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to help optimize our social media campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Research and implement new social media strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding.
  • Support SEO optimization for social media content to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
  • Actively engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and curate content for Rubenstein PR’s social media accounts

 

 

 

 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing,
  • Background in a public relations, marketing, advertising, or digital marketing agency
  • Experience with paid social media advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a unified approach to messaging and brandingnt.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Proven track record of managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Cultivate relationships with online communities by responding to comments and messages promptly, ensuring every follower feels valued and heard.
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail.

 

Expected full-time salary range between $60k to $75k

Salary commensurate with experience

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $75k-$95k/yr.
