Track Manager – FastTrax Fort Myers

Position: Track Manager

Location: FastTrax Fort Myers, Florida

Reports To: Assistant General Manager (AGM) / General Manager

Position Overview:

The Track Manager at FastTrax Fort Myers is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the go-kart track, ensuring safety, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise all track operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.

· Train and manage track attendants to enforce safety procedures, provide excellent service, and maintain operational efficiency.

· Monitor and maintain go-karts, track equipment, and safety gear, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.

· Enforce all safety regulations, including proper kart operation, guest briefings, and track inspections.

· Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and incidents with professionalism and quick problem-solving.

· Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.

· Conduct routine inspections of the track, barriers, and facility to identify and address any safety hazards.

· Work with the marketing team to implement track-related promotions, events, and competitions.

· Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance, and operational reports.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a management role within an entertainment, motorsports, or attractions facility.

· Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.

· Knowledge of mechanical operations related to go-karts and track maintenance is a plus.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally.

· Understanding of safety regulations and experience in enforcing safety protocols.

· Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
