We are seeking a proactive and analytical SEO Executive with a minimum 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, with a particular emphasis on off-page strategies. As an SEO Executive, you will be instrumental in driving organic traffic, enhancing online visibility, and contributing to our overall digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive analysis of website structure and performance, ensuring adherence to SEO standards, identifying technical issues, and optimizing for search engine crawling and indexing. Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building, social media marketing, guest blogging, and influencer outreach, to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings. Acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites through ethical practices, such as creating valuable content, engaging in industry forums, and fostering relationships with key influencers. Collaborate with the content team to promote engaging and shareable content across various platforms, increasing its reach and attracting natural backlinks. Conduct thorough analyses of competitor backlink profiles and off-page strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO-specific software to track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of off-page SEO efforts. Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills. Proven 2+ years of industrial experience with case studies on SEO. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Solid understanding of link-building strategies, including the ability to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources. Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in off-page SEO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
